Philly Book Festival

The Free Library of Philadelphia is having their annual Book Festival on April 17-18 at their Central Library right on the beautiful Benjamin Franklin Parkway (just down the road from the Art Museum). Lots of authors will be giving talks and signing their books (lots of kid events, too).

And who is closing out the festival? What major league group has been booked to take the stage for one last no-holds-barred bookish extravaganza? The Philly Liars Club. We’re like the Led Zeppelin of the Philadelphia Book Festival. All the other authors this year– Harlan Coben, Sonia Sanchez, Kitty Kelley, Helen Vendler, Yann Martel, Sapphire, and many many more– they’re just our opening act.

So come on out and see me and three ubercool authors: LA Banks, Jonathan Maberry and Dennis Tafoya on the Bank of America Main Stage: Auditorium at 5PM on Sunday April 18.
